All Sample Of Briquettes

Briquettes are compressed blocks or logs of biomass material, often used as a fuel source. They are created by compacting various materials such as sawdust, wood chips, agricultural residues, or other biomass waste into dense, easily combustible shapes.

Briquettes are commonly used for heating, cooking, and industrial processes. The compression process not only increases the energy density of the material but also makes it more convenient for transportation and storage.
Briquettes are considered a sustainable and eco-friendly alternative to traditional fuels, as they often utilize waste materials, reducing the environmental impact associated with their production and use.

Pellets

density -1.4 kg/m3s Crushing rate: Less than 1.5-2.0% Moisture content: Less than 10-15% Ash content: Less than 1.5% Diameter: 6-8 mm Length: No more than 38 mm
There are three different classifications for pellets: A1, A2, and B; A1:

A1 Premium quality pellets with low ash and nitrogen content. These pellets are used in private household boilers and stoves. A2: Pellets with slightly higher ash and nitrogen content. These pellets are used in larger installations. B: Pellets made from more diverse sources, including bark. These pellets are not called "ENplus", but can be certified as "EN

The major advantage of using biomass briquetting plant is tax exemption, eco- friendly and have high burning efficiency than coal.
Coal spread smoke when it burns but briquettes are completely eco-friendly and does not make pollution when it burns so it is also known as white coal.

Raw Material

These compressed briquettes are made from various organic materials such as rice husk, saw dust, bagasse, groundnut shells, other agricultural waste or forest waste. emissions because the materials used are already a part of the carbon cycle.

The Round Shape Of Briquettes Allows For a Large Surface Area Creating Higher Combustion Rate. The Use Of Biomass-Briquettes Has Been Steadilly Increasing As Industries Realise The Benefits Of Using Biomass Briquettes As They Are 99.9% Environment Friendly The Calorofic Value Of Briquettes Is Diffrent As per The Use Of Row Material Use For Making Briquette

Today, we take a close look at the raw material for biomass briquette. Briquetting is a kind of technology which has been development along with the development of biomass energy.
